My practice also looks like this sometimes, many t My practice also looks like this sometimes, many times. I don’t push myself, I don’t go all the way and I don’t do advanced poses. I slow down, I listen, I let the ego fight by itself, alone. Being on my 3rd day of menstruations cycle has also an impact on how I feel and how I move. My Yoga Practice is so important in these moments. It helps me to sens and to respect my body and allows it to be. The yoga journey ( at least mine), is a never ending one, one that I learn to love, to cherish, to understand and to respect. It is a journey that started from the outside and that has become a very personal and intimate one. There is no one else on the mat with me (except when M decides to come and play around or to comment or to assist 🥰😎, which is pure bliss to me because we are together in our own authentic and unique ways together). This is a very humbling practice that I am very grateful for 🙏🏻❤️. Thank you @emitull for leading us 🙏🏻. 1️⃣ Stretching the hamstrings instead of going up into a tripod handstand / 2️⃣ Twist instead of full bind / 3️⃣ Half split instead of full split / 4️⃣ Half wheel instead of wheel / 5️⃣ Bend leg instead of full straight leg / 6️⃣ Playing with one arm headstand and / 7️⃣ Falling down, which is a mandatory part of the process. Where there is no fall, there is no growth. / 8️⃣ Opening the shoulders and the heart instead of drop back with or without the wall (I have started to work on that one a few weeks ago.... step by step). This is also yoga 🙏🏻😍 #growonandoffthemat #growth #nogrowthwithoutstruggle
Bits and pieces of my Rocket 🚀 practice yesterd Bits and pieces of my Rocket 🚀 practice yesterday with @leonlondonyoga ! It was a blast to practice with M playing around and @simon_ganiere joining as well later on for the wheels. You won’t see him, but they were there rooting for me 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳. In the 1️⃣ video you’ll hear M expressing how she feels about my practice 🥰😍🥰😎🥰😍🥰🤩 my best fan ever, just for the simplest things.....! Just love those family lockdown moments 😎🚀
End of 3️⃣ video: longest hold on handstand so stable 😎. Video 4️⃣ is more: ‘fake it until you make it style’ 🤪🤣. You can also see the evolution of my wheels and my chest opening throughout 🙏🏻. And end of video 4️⃣ and 5️⃣ headstand to scorpion 🦂 .

Practice makes it happen..... my back is feeling b Practice makes it happen..... my back is feeling better and better, as I open the shoulders, and strengthen the hip flexors! It will come when it is time to, I am sure of it. On picture number 2️⃣, that was the first time that I could stand still on my shoulders with lotus leg in this position 🙏🏻. #grateful

My intention for this practice was: HEALING. Healing my body (I failed down the stairs last week), healing my mind to get unstuck, healing my ego (which a lot of times gets in my way), healing my inner child... healing all part of myself who demands it, who needs it, who wishes it 🙏🏻.

And I dedicated this practice to my uncle and aunt, who are fighting very bravely illness in Beirut, I Love You ❤️
